In June of 2023, The Investment Integration Project (TIIP) launched an inaugural SAIL (Systems Aware Investing Launchpad) cohort, with 22 leading asset owners and allocators. Over the course of the six-month program, members of the cohort learned the fundamentals of system-level investing and how to apply the thinking in their own practice
Due to the success of that program and the 1-day virtual intensive we held in March, coupled with the growing waitlist for our next training, TIIP is now accepting Expressions of Interest for a 1-day virtual intensive on system-level investing to be held on July 11, 2024 from 10.30am-6pm ET.
Here’s why system-level investing is needed today: in the past, investors could find ways to insulate their portfolios from certain global events. But, now, even seemingly ‘local’ events can immediately affect portfolios. The largest investors are recognizing this trend and considering the interconnection between environmental and social systems under stress and long-term performance. These leaders are pioneering policies and practices that are additive to conventional investment scrutiny at the security and portfolio levels, helping them to confront global systemic challenges like climate change and income inequality–in the process, they are charting the next critical shift in the evolution of finance, which we call system-level investing.
In this 1-day virtual intensive, participants will learn:
- What it means to manage system-level risks and rewards;
- Why it is imperative to do so now; and
- How to extend their current investing practice to the system-level
The $700 tuition for the course includes:
- 8 live modules taught by the TIIP team, industry experts, and previous participants
- 2-months of access to the SAIL platform (a $600 value) including the Launchpad (a strategic planning tool), Benchmark (the data management tool used to support diligence efforts), and the CoPractice (the open-to-all community of practice) components which comprise the platform.
Please note that once your payment has been received, you will then be sent the Zoom link for the course and be notified when you access to SAIL goes live.
Space in the course is limited. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance to the program on a rolling basis. All others who cannot be accommodated in this course will be added to the waiting list for a future course.
